The powder pigment addition give to you more control on final result. The natural eyebrows have non homogeny shade ( Highlights Shade) when you apply a small quantity to the liquid pigment you will receive same effect of Highlights and the final work looking very natural. Other case when you have skin type that dont want accept pigment, the powder addition give higher pigment concentration and more easy stay under the skin.
